• Types of conference participation:
  • Oral presentation;
  • Poster presentation;
  • Passive participation as an audience member is limited, so you must add a motivational letter for the participation in the conference).
• Multimedia presentations should be prepared using Microsoft Office PowerPoint (*.pps, *.ppsx, *.ppt, *.pptx) software.
• Participants have to send preliminary copies of presentations to the official email address indicated during the confirmation, as well as to have copies of them on a portable electronic media.
• The presentations are carried out in accordance with the established schedule, which will be sent to the conference participants at least 10 days prior to the conference start.
• The duration of oral presentations is 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion).
• Poster presentation requirements:
  • Poster size – А1;
  • Background colour – light;
  • Text colour – dark;
  • Try to avoid too much text in the poster, present the information in a form, convenient for visual perception: use charts, pictures, graphs, tables, diagrams;
  • Various highlighting effects (colour, background, font size, framing, lines of different thickness) usually help to navigate presented materials better and quicker.
