Іnstruction for abstract submission

Students, interns, postgraduates, PhD students, and young scientists (under the age of 35) are very welcome to participate in the conference. 

Only the papers containing relevant data of modern theoretical and clinical  medical research will be considered. The provided materials should not be previously published and/or submitted for publication in other editions.

Papers which are based exclusively upon the literature review won`t be accepted. All submitted materials will be checked for plagiarism before they will be published in the book of abstracts. In case of academic integrity violation, the abstract won`t be accepted.

The authors of the scientific papers are personally responsible for the content and reliability of the data sent to the editorial board.

Each participant can submit several papers, but will receive only one Certificate of participation.

Registration procedure and scientific paper submitting can be done only via special registration forms on the links. 

Publication of scientific papers in the book of abstracts will be done only on the condition of his/him present during the conference.

The main text of an abstract should not exceed 2500 characters (with spaces). The papers should consist of the following parts: introduction, aim of the study, materials and methods, results, conclusions. Tables, graphs or pictures are prohibited. In case of non-complying with the terms of participation and/or rules of abstract writing, the paper may be rejected.

Submitted papers will be evaluated by special scientific committee for their relevance, data reliability and scientific component.

It is necessary to indicate the desired type of participation in the Registration Form: oral or poster presentation. The final decision concerning the form of abstract presentation at the conference will be made by the organizing committee. The decision of the organizing committee will be sent together with the confirmation of participation in the conference.

The decisions of the specialist committees will be sent no later than October 8, 2021. In case you have not received the confirmation letter, please contact the hosts of the conference via official e-mail address (conference.med.ssu@gmail.com)

The main rules of abstract submission:

– Microsoft word document;
– Main text no more than 2500 characters with spaces;
– Times New Roman;
– 14 pitch;
– Single space.
